FLOW OF THE EVENING

It's going to be a beautiful evening. Welcome to your Full Moon sound healing experience at Flatbed Farms with Euphoria Retreats, Bob & Amelia. This is an indoor experience at the Upper Barn at Flatbed Farms, feel free to bring your own mat and extra blankets and a pillow, but it is your space so we invite you to get cozy. Wear layered comfortable clothes. (We do have yoga mats and blankets there for your comfort and joy.)


Please carpool if you can, there is limited space for parking

Monday January 13, 2025 

•6:45pm Check in at the farm stand (lower parking lot)

•6;45pm - 7:00 pm Drive up to the Barn(upper parking lot) pick your mat and get settled in

•7:00 - 8:00 pm Sound Healing Experience 

•Blankets are available, but bring extras if you like to cozy up

•8:00pm  Make your own local tea from the farm Closing Community Toast  

•8:30pm Go home refreshed and rejuvenated

Nestled in the heart of wine country, our rustic indoor barn sanctuary invites you to unwind and connect with the rhythm of the cosmos. Lying down cozy in your space, allow the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes to wash over you, harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. Wrap up the sound healing with a hot tea from the farm special organic ingredients. Gather for an intention connection circle with warm cozy teal toast to close this special experience. Bob & Amelia Belle’s experience is like no other.

Walking into a Euphoria Retreat is like walking into “calm”. I attended the Yoga Bathing Ritual and Sound Healing retreat on Summer Solstice. All aspects of the time spent at the historic Mission Inn were considered. One of my favorites was when we needed to gather together, the violinist played while slowly walking around to gently remind us to find our space to relax. I love the welcoming staff and the organizers are top notch professionals. I would definitely like to make gathering with Euphoria Retreats a regular part of my self care routine. Thank you!🙏

We had such a beautiful evening at the Summer Solstice event hosted by Euphoria at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and nourishing. The yoga offered a nice gentle flow, the geothermal pools were wonderful, the spa was fabulous, and the sound healing under the stars was a perfect blend of grounding and renewal. There was a genuine sense of community, but also plenty of space to connect inward. The light bites were delicious, and the teas and elixirs were a thoughtful touch. Every detail—from the setting sun to the music—felt in harmony with the purpose of the night. It was a special experience that reminded us to slow down and celebrate the season. We’ll absolutely be looking out for future events with Euphoria Retreats.

What a lovely experience! I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at Sonocaia, a beautiful estate made more beautiful by its charming owners and custodians. The yoga was enlivening, the sound healing deeply restorative, and the wine and charcuterie delicious! Euphoria hit this retreat out of the ball park! The location in Sonoma at Olive Hill was truly spectacular. Everywhere you looked there was something special to see and appreciate. Every detail was thought of in the hosting of this event. Monika, the yoga leader, led an excellent yoga session. Suzy, the nutritionist, was very informative, knowledgeable and approachable. Our lunch prepared by the chef from Stockholm was delicious and fit with the information and theme of the day. Last, but not least, the people who attended were all friendly and fun.
