It's going to be a beautiful evening. Welcome to your Gratitude sound healing experience at Flatbed Farms with Euphoria Retreats, Bob & Amelia. This is an indoor experience at the Upper Barn at Flatbed Farms, feel free to bring your own mat and extra blankets and a pillow, but it is your space so we invite you to get cozy. Wear layered comfortable clothes. (We do have yoga mats and blankets there for your comfort and joy.)

•5:30pm Check in at the farm stand (lower parking lot)

•5;30pm - 5:45 pm Drive up to the Barn(upper parking lot) pick your mat and get settled in

•5:45 - 6:45 pm Sound Healing Experience 

•Blankets are available, but bring extras if you like to cozy up

•6:45pm  Make your own local tea from the farm Closing Community Toast  

•7:15pm Go home refreshed and rejuvenated

Nestled in the heart of wine country, our rustic indoor barn sanctuary invites you to slow down and honor all that fills your life. Lying down cozy in your space, let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and melodic chimes wash over you, opening your heart and harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. Wrap up the sound healing with a hot tea from the farm's special organic ingredients. Gather in gratitude, sharing what you're thankful for in a gifted journal, and close with a warm, cozy tea toast. Bob & Amelia Belle's experience is like no other. 10% of proceeds benefit Cancer Support Sonoma, a local nonprofit offering affordable integrative therapies that ease the physical, mental, and emotional effects of cancer treatment.
