We will have our own special yoga and sound healing event on this lovely estate - followed by a wine and charcuterie pairing.

Guest Arrival: 3:15pm to 3:30pm As you arrive at the scenic estate, take a moment to soak in the beauty of the surroundings and enjoy a warm welcome from our team. 20656 Hyde Rd, Sonoma, CA 95476, follow the parking signs for details upon arrival.

3:30pm - Circle Up and Greeting Gather with fellow guests as we begin our day with a circle up and greeting. This is a perfect time to connect with others and set the tone for the immersive experiences ahead.

3:45pm to 4:45pm - Yoga Flow Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating yoga flow session amidst the serene backdrop of the vineyards. Guided by Nina Jarnum, this practice is designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.

4:45pm to 5:10pm - Savasana and Sound Healing Conclude your yoga practice with a deeply relaxing savasana, enhanced by the soothing sounds of a sound healing session. Let the gentle vibrations restore your energy and bring a sense of tranquility.

5:15pm to 6:15pm - Wine Tasting and Food Pairing Experience the artistry of the vintages with a curated wine tasting session led by Sonocaia's, Ken. Sample two to three of their finest wines, each paired with delectable bites. This tasting is a journey through the flavors and stories of Sonocaia's wine-making tradition. Join us for a day filled with wellness, connection, and the exquisite pleasures of Sonocaia's rich agricultural heritage.
