The retreat was an amazing experience. The instructors were top-notch, and the schedule allowed for meaningful time dedicated to yoga instruction and practice. In addition, there was plenty of time to rest and relax or take part in optional excursions. The retreat struck the perfect balance between structure and free time, creating an enjoyable and meaningful getaway. Every meal was delicious, and the on-site lodging was comfortable and set in a serene atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall experience. I would absolutely do this trip again.
